Reservation & Deposit
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required. Your dates will be temporarily held for 24 hours pending receipt of this deposit.
Final Payment
The outstanding balance must be settled in full via EFT no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: The deposit is non-refundable, but the final payment will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking value is forfeited.
Payment Method
We accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.
Children & Beds
Children of any age are welcome.
Please note: Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.
Property Policies
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas.
Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
Parking
Free parking. Please park only in your designated guesthouse parking bay. You will receive clear instructions upon check-in.
Noise & Consideration
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please keep music volumes at a reasonable level at all times.
Pool Area
Strictly No Glass: Please do not bring any glass bottles or containers into the pool area.
Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Bathroom & Plumbing
Please only flush toilet paper. Our sewage system is delicate. Sanitary products, wipes, and other items must be disposed of in the bins provided.
Braai (BBQ) Area
The indoor braai area is available for guest use.
Please bring your own charcoal and firelighters.
After use, please clean the braai grid.
